Where is my return?
Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation. If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!
I want to return something
King Fox Clothing are happy exchange within 10 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.
To return to our warehouse, log in to our returns portal and let us know what you want to return and why.
Then select your preferred return method to arrange your collection or drop off.
Our original packaging can be reused but, if you no longer have it, make sure it’s in something watertight. If you can reuse something you have at home, even better!
You can return more than one order in the same parcel, just make sure that you register a return for each separate order.
Missing items
If you are missing an item in your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery email, we won’t charge you for any cancelled items. If you have ordered one of our external brands these will be delivered in a separate parcel. If you are missing items that were not cancelled, please contact us with your order information so we can help.
I can't log in
If you’ve tried resetting your password and that hasn’t worked, it might be the case that your account is locked due to a few failed log in attempts. Don’t worry! We can get this sorted. Please mail the issue at kingfoxclothingstore@gmail.com
I didn't receive my order confirmation
Trying to view your order to confirm that it has been placed? Not to worry! You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You can view any new order or past orders by logging into website and going to ‘My Account. If you’re having trouble viewing your orders, try logging out and logging back in and that should help! If you have checked out as a guest and haven’t received a confirmation email, or you have used the wrong email address, it’s best to speak with a live agent who can help you further.
